In the event that you are not happy with your Weiser product, we offer a 60-day, no-hassle, refund guarantee. Return the package with all its packing and padding to Weiser Technik at the Customer Service address below, outlining your reason(s) for the return.

Providing that the product has not been misused, a full return will made minus the shipping costs. We recommend that you use a secure method to return the item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. If in any doubt, please call us at Customer Services beforehand. Similarly, if your product proves to be defective after purchase, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to return the product for investigation and replacement if defect not caused by misuse.

We warranty our lights for normal use and against manufacturing defect under our no quibble guarantee for up to four years. 

Note: it is not possible for us to warranty a claim for forward compatibility to motorcycle model years ahead of the year and bike model for which the product was originally sold. Ie, moving a product from a 2016 model year bike to a 2019 model year could void warranty due to incompatibility issues.
